We are an Off the Grid Solar powered Eco community, bound together by a common vision to live more Ecologically on the planet. Electricity produced at TierraLuz is renewable Solar Power. Even our two well pumps are powered by the sun! Many of our homes integrate natural and green materials in their construction including, Adobe, Cobb and Super Adobe.

We Share Common Area
Residents and members of TierraLuz share approximately 8500 square meters of common area that includes a trail system, beautiful back slope with views of the lush jungle, top of Tierraluz yoga and meditation platform with amazing views to jungle and ocean, community garden, large open lawn area, community roads and parking lot. Mango, Passion Fruit, Papaya and several other tropical fruits grow in our Food Forests (orchards!) as well as Moringa, a green superfood that produces a constant supply of delicious greens.
